Patients find that, on average, their visit to North Mississippi Vascular Care takes approximately 30 minutes to an hour. The specific amount of time required for your appointment will be dependent on the type of treatment or diagnosis process you undergo while on-site.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

We ask that patients please bring their proof of ID, insurance card, medications, and/or an updated medication list to their first appointment. This will ensure that we can properly complete your intake paperwork and get you into the care of our team as soon as possible.

How long will my procedure take?

The length of time a procedure takes is determined by both the treatment type and the severity of a patient’s condition. Treatment appointments in North Mississippi Vascular Care may range from 30 minutes to 3 hours based on the aforementioned.

Do I need a ride home from my procedure?

While the type of procedure a patient undergoes will determine whether or not they need a driver, most patients find they will need a friend or family member to get them to and from their procedure appointment. This is both for their comfort and safety post-treatment.
